Personal Media Assistant

Clear Perceptions has created a new full-time role. We are seeking a Personal Media Assistant (or equivalent) to assist with the Managing Director's print and social media requirements, events, podcasting, website and maintenance activities.

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in podcast publishing including audio editing, Spotify for Podcasters, Apple Podcasts, Podbean & Podbean analytics, RODE equipment operations, publishing platforms, and content scheduling.

Experience with social media platforms including LinkedIn, analytics platforms, and scheduling tools is essential.

Technical skills required for website maintenance include WordPress, HTML/CSS, content management, and SEO knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have experience in media, marketing, events, podcast publishing at an advanced level.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record in media through a portfolio of previous projects showing the results of high performance.

This is a multiskilled role that requires a high level of experience and expertise in these areas.

You will be flexible and be able to pivot quickly to attend to a variety of tasks as required.

Advanced level experience is defined as 3-5 years in media, marketing, events, and podcast publishing.

Portfolio evidence must include proficiency in Canva design software, image, video & caption editing, social media metrics, event outcomes, website analytics, media coverage, and published content to demonstrate media track record.
