SWIM TEACHER

About the role

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Swim Teachers to join our team, teaching infants, toddlers and young children in a clean, private indoor environment. While previous experience is preferred, we are also willing to train and develop strong candidates who have the right attitude and a genuine passion for working with children.

As a Swim Teacher, you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality lessons and supporting the ongoing development of our swim program.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver JUMP! Swim Schools lessons according to program standards.

• Support student progress and maintain lesson consistency.

• Ensure safety in all lessons and the pool area.

• Attend training, apply learnings, and stay updated on certifications.

• Gather and share customer feedback as needed.

• Keep the pool area tidy.

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with families.

• Comply with all company policies, laws, and directives.

• Perform other assigned duties as reasonable.

About you

• Have proven experience teaching swimming to children

• Hold a current Swimming and Water Safety Teacher certification

• Current Working With Children Check

• Current First Aid Certificate

• Current CPR

• Love working with kids

• Have great customer service skills

• Are enthusiastic, child-focused, and positive

• Build strong relationships with children and parents

• Are committed to ongoing professional development
