• Seeking an experienced Disputes & Litigation Lawyer on a 3-month contract basis.

• Manage debt and asset recovery, contract enforcement, guarantee and indemnity disputes, and insolvency proceedings.

Corporate / M&A Lawyer | 8+ years' PAE

• Seeking an experienced Corporate / M&A Lawyer to support a growing corporate team on a 3-month contract basis.

• Lead end-to-end corporate and transactional matters, advising on private M&A, capital raisings, employee equity schemes, strategic exits, investment rounds and pre-IPO readiness.

Commercial / Litigation Lawyer | 5+ years' PAE

• Seeking an experienced Commercial / Litigation Lawyer to assist on an ongoing contracting basis.

• Advise on and manage complex commercial, maritime and dispute matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence, risk management, litigation, arbitration, regulatory proceedings and dispute resolution across the shipping, offshore, trade and infrastructure sectors.

Environmental / Native Title Lawyer | 5+ years' PAE

• Seeking an experienced Environmental / Native Title Lawyer to assist on an ongoing contracting basis.

• Conduct environmental and native title due diligence for major WA mining projects, assessing regulatory compliance, approval requirements and native title risks to support project development and transaction decision-making.
