About the RoleHillery Group is seeking a full-time Commercial Finance Manager based in Bowen or Airlie Beach, reporting to the Director of Finance and Commercial.Prepare job-level budgets, forecasts, and oversee project/job costingPrepare P&Ls, management reports, and director/board-level reporting packsPartner with directors and operational leaders to strengthen commercial accountabilityProvide financial modelling and analysis for tenders, pricing and commercial activitiesManage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team
About YouYou're an experienced commercial finance professional who is comfortable working across both the detail and the bigger picture.
You'll bring:Proven hands-on commercial finance experience across P&Ls, budgets, forecasts and job costingAdvanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilityStrong business partnering skills and confidence working with senior stakeholdersTeam leadership experience and a practical, hands-on approach to financeStrong commercial judgement, accuracy and an ability to turn financial information into useful business insight
Experience in civil construction, project-based businesses, quarrying, heavy industry or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.
CIMA, MBA, Master's in Finance, CA/CPA or another relevant postgraduate/professional qualification will also be highly regarded.
