About the Role

This is a full-time position where you will:

• Support and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF

• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment

• Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning space

Skills & Requirements

• Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care – or actively studying toward qualification

• Experience in programming (preferred but not essential)

• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)

• Current Working with Children Check

• Current First Aid & CPR (including Asthma and Anaphylaxis)

• Completed Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain)

• Full working rights in Australia

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset

• Genuine passion for developing and supporting young learners

• Cultural awareness and respect for diversity
