Operations Manager – Full Time | 38 Hours

Salon Lio | Crows Nest

Salon Lio is looking for an Operations Manager to support the rhythm of the salon and become an important part of our team.

This is a people-first role. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations while helping maintain the calm, collaborative culture we’re known for. You’ll be the connection between the owner, the team and our clients — creating consistency, supporting those around you and ensuring every part of the salon runs with intention.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the salon, working closely with the owner and team to keep things organised, efficient and running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the salon

• Supporting and coordinating the salon team

• Managing rosters, schedules and day-to-day staffing

• Supporting the client experience and handling client enquiries

• Managing stock, ordering and supplier relationships

• Supporting payroll, timesheets and general administration

• Maintaining salon standards, presentation and organisation

• Supporting team communication and training

• Managing systems and processes to keep the salon running efficiently

• Working closely with the owner on the ongoing growth and development of the business

About You

Previous experience in salon, beauty, hospitality, retail or a similar operations or management role would be highly regarded.
