Appointment Setter

Location: On-site — Ipswich Employment Type: Casual

We're a growing beauty and self-care brand helping people launch careers in the beauty industry and look their best. We're a small, close-knit team that moves fast and has fun doing it.

We're looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for people who've already shown interest in our services, no cold calling. Your job is to connect with them, qualify them, and book them into our sales calendar. This is a high volume sales role and you will be doing approximately 200-250 calls per day.

• Making outbound calls to warm leads who have opted in

• Booking qualified appointments into the sales calendar

• Responding to SMS and email enquiries promptly

• Following a provided script and hitting daily/weekly KPIs

• Contributing to organic content when needed (think behind-the-scenes, team moments, casual on-camera bits)

• No experience required — we'll train you

• We're looking for someone confident on the phone with a bubbly personality

• Comfortable with technology (Mac preferred, but general computer skills are fine)

• Reliable, punctual, and responsive

• Self-motivated and eager to hit daily KPI's and Targets

• Full training and scripts provided

• Base pay + commission — the more appointments you book and convert, the more you earn
