We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated fitness professionals to join our dynamic team. This role places a strong emphasis on member engagement and retention, so if you’re passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and creating a positive community, we want to hear from you!
We’ve built a comprehensive onboarding program tailored especially for first-time gym members, and we’re looking for someone who can help guide and support them from day one. Your role will be instrumental in creating a strong sense of belonging and connection within the club.
Role Details:
Position: Assistant Manager
Hours: 10–15 hours per week
Additional Opportunities: Optional opportunity to conduct personal training sessions outside rostered hours — ideal for the right candidate looking to grow their client base.

Certificate IV in Fitness (required)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (required)
Positive Blue Card Notice (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)
Team player with a can-do attitude
Previous experience in a similar role within the fitness industry is highly regarded
Supportive team environment across a network of eight clubs
10–15 hours per week with opportunities to expand the role
Option to run personal training sessions outside rostered hours (insurance and registration required)
24/7 access to a modern, fully equipped facility
Large, loyal membership base with ongoing lead opportunities
Hands-on support from your Club Manager
