About the Opportunity

The Finance & Corporate Services Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating finance, payroll, procurement and corporate services functions across A.M.Y Nominees. This is a diverse and hands-on role where you will work closely with management, operational teams and external service providers to support accounts, payroll, purchasing, compliance, reporting and business administration. You will also have the opportunity to identify and implement improvements to systems and processes as the organisation continues to grow. This is a full-time position, based out of our Norwood office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Act as the primary liaison with external finance and payroll providers.
• Prepare payroll, timesheet and financial information to support payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with budget monitoring, expenditure tracking and financial reporting.
• Coordinate procurement activities, supplier administration and purchasing requirements.
• Manage the WareConnect purchasing system.
• Maintain office systems, records and corporate documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate business and management reports and supporting documentation.
• Maintain compliance management systems, including SkyTrust.
• Coordinate insurance policies, claims, renewals and business compliance requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and corrective actions.
• Assist with document control and records management.
• Liaise with service providers, suppliers and contractors to support business operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance, payroll, procurement and administrative processes.
• Support the implementation of new systems, technology solutions and business improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

Essential

• Certificate IV in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience in finance administration, accounting support, payroll coordination or corporate services.
• Experience coordinating accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Experience liaising with external finance, payroll and professional service providers.
• Strong understanding of procurement, purchasing and supplier management processes.
• Experience maintaining compliance systems, registers and business records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of governance, compliance and risk management principles.
• Current National Police Clearance.

Desirable

• Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Administration or a related field.
• Experience using Employment Hero, SkyTrust, WareConnect or similar business systems.
• Experience working in mining, construction or remote operations.
• Understanding of Aboriginal Corporation governance.
• Experience working with Indigenous and Traditional Owner stakeholders.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance programs and reporting requirements.
• Experience coordinating insurance, licensing and contractor compliance.
• Small-to-medium business experience.
• Training or certification in procurement, payroll administration or compliance management.
