Coral Beauty is South Yarra's favourite boutique brow and lash salon, known for expert care, beautiful results, and a warm, professional space. As our client base grows, we're looking for skilled therapists who take real pride in precision brow and lash work to join our team.

About the Role

This role is for a therapist who is genuinely confident and experienced in brow threading and lash lifts. These are our two core services, so we need someone who can deliver both to a consistently high standard from day one. We're hiring across full-time, part-time, and casual positions, so please tell us which suits you best.

Essential Skills (must have)

• Confident, experienced hand at brow threading with clean, precise shaping tailored to each client's face

• Proven ability to perform lash lifts safely and to a high finish (correct rod placement, timing, and aftercare)

• Solid understanding of skin and eye safety, patch testing, and processing times

Highly Regarded (a bonus)

• Brow lamination

• Brow and lash tinting

• Brow shaping and design

What You'll Do

• Deliver brow threading and lash lift services to a consistently high standard

• Consult with clients, assess their needs, and manage realistic expectations

• Perform patch tests and follow correct safety protocols for all tinting and chemical services

• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the day

• Provide clear aftercare advice and encourage rebookings

• Keep your workspace clean, stocked, and presentation-ready

About You

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in a salon setting (threading and lash lift experience essential)

• Detail-oriented with a steady, precise technique

• Warm, professional, and reliable, someone clients love coming back to

• Available across weekdays and weekends depending on the role

• Full working rights in Australia
