Commercial Property Claims Executive

Our client is a thriving and highly reputable insurance business in a growth phase and they are looking for a Commercial Property Claims Executive to join the Complex Loss team.

As a Commercial Property Claims Executive, you will be:

• Handling end-to-end claims processes for Commercial Property insurance
• Appointing and managing loss adjusters and service providers where appropriate
• Conducting thorough investigations into claims, including site visits if required, to assess validity and value
• Communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
• Maintaining accurate records and prepare detailed reports for internal and external use

To truly succeed in the role, you will have:

• Proven and recent experience in Commercial Property from an insurer, underwriting agency or TPA
• ISR and Complex large loss claims experience required 
• A strong understanding of Commercial Property insurance policies, claims processes, and industry regulations
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously under tight deadlines
• High proficiency in claims management systems and standard business software (e.g., MS Office)
