About the role
The role of the Case Support Worker in the Regional Intake Service is to provide efficient and effective administrative and client support services to assist in the delivery of statutory child protection intervention including assessment, casework and case management in accordance with legislation and practice guidelines.
Tasks may include, but not limited to, supporting Intake staff with receiving and directing incoming phone calls and other correspondence, assisting with written and verbal requests for information, referrals to services, feedback to notifiers, data input, supporting the reporting and transfer of information, including to Courts.
The role does not involve direct casework or decision-making responsibilities.
