About the role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll work with prospective students who have already expressed an interest in studying with Hader Institute of Education.

Using a genuine, consultative approach, you'll take the time to understand each person's goals, answer their questions and guide them through the enrolment journey with confidence and care.

You'll be supported by ongoing coaching and development while building your own successful sales career in a high-performing, collaborative team.

In this role you will:

• Connect with prospective students via phone, email and online enquiries.

• Understand each individual's goals and recommend the course that best fits their aspirations.

• Build genuine relationships founded on trust, empathy and authenticity.

• Manage your own sales pipeline and consistently achieve performance targets.

• Deliver an exceptional student experience from first enquiry through to enrolment.

• Continuously develop your skills through coaching, feedback and professional development.
