Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced All Rounder Warranty Caravan Repair Technician to join our workshop team.

If you have hands-on experience in caravan repairs, trailer servicing, auto electrical work, or mechanical repairs, we would love to hear from you.

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining caravans to ensure they meet Crusader’s high standards.

You will work across a variety of areas including electrical, mechanical, fabrication, and general caravan repairs, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and hands-on work.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 12V and 240V electrical work

• Install awnings and accessories

• Carry out caravan warranty repairs and servicing

• Repair and assemble internal fittings, cabinetry, and external components

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Conduct welding and fabrication work

• Perform auto electrical and trailer servicing tasks

• Ensure repairs meet high-quality workmanship standards

• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and workshop schedules

Skills and Experience Required
• Minimum 2 years experience in caravan repairs or a similar role

• Experience working with caravans, trailers, RVs, or vehicle servicing

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Auto electrical knowledge (12V/240V) highly regarded

• Welding and fabrication experience advantageous

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and time management skills

Pay rates will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
