What You'll Do:
Product Analysis & RequirementsTranslate roadmap initiatives into clear features, requirements and user stories.Lead analysis to define functional and non-functional requirements, business rules and customer flows.Own and prioritise the squad backlog in-line with roadmap priorities.Ensure requirements are sufficiently understood and defined for engineering delivery.
Technical Product LeadershipPartner with Engineers, Tech Leads and Architects to shape frontend solutions and requirements.Understand technical architecture, integrations, data flows and platform dependencies.Identify technical constraints, risks and dependencies early in the delivery lifecycle.Drive trade-offs between customer experience, technical complexity and delivery effort. Delivery & Stakeholder ManagementLead backlog refinement and support delivery through to implementation.Manage dependencies across frontend, backend and platform teams.Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks and blockers.Partner across Product, Design, Engineering and Architecture to maintain alignment.
Expertise You'll Bring:Strong product analysis and requirements definition skills.Experience delivering complex digital products.Strong technical literacy across frontend technologies, APIs, integrations and modern application architecture.Ability to understand technical designs, dependencies and engineering constraints.Experience working closely with engineering teams to shape and refine solutions.Agile delivery, backlog management and prioritisation.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.Ability to balance customer outcomes, technical considerations and delivery complexity.
