Experienced Pick Packers | Freezer & Cold Storage

Are you an experienced Pick Packer with a strong background working in freezer and chilled environments? Do you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse and take pride in accuracy, reliability and teamwork?

We are currently recruiting for multiple Pick Packer positions with a leading national food distribution operation based in Warnervale. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established and rapidly growing business supplying a diverse range of frozen, chilled and dry goods to customers across Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
• Operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) safely and efficiently
• Plan, pick and cross-check orders to ensure accuracy
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation procedures
• Return damaged or unsold stock to designated locations
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
• Work across freezer, chiller and ambient areas as required

To Be Successful, You Must Have

• Previous experience working in a freezer environment (essential)
• Proven pick packing experience within a fast-paced warehouse
• Experience using RF scanning and voice-picking systems
• Current and demonstrated Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• A reliable, committed and positive work ethic
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks
