Data & Systems Support Officer

Identitywa is seeking a Data & Systems Support Officer to support the effective use of Carelink Plus, Iplanit and other key business systems.

In this role, you will assist staff with system enquiries, manage user access, support Client Management System processes, and help maintain accurate participant, funding and NDIS claims information. Working closely with service teams, you will troubleshoot issues, maintain reliable data and support confident system use across the organisation.

This role would suit someone with experience in client management systems or business applications, strong attention to detail, and a helpful, customer-focused approach to supporting staff.

What you’ll do:

• Support end users across key systems, including rostering, client information and funding setup
• Collaborate with service teams to understand their requirements and respond to system support needs
• Respond to Client Management Systems support requests and HelpDesk enquiries
• Train staff to use Client Management Systems confidently
• Assist with weekly NDIS claims and reconciliations for applicable participants

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience working with Client Management Systems
• Confidence troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Experience supporting and administering business applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining CMS records and managing system access
• Experience working within the NDIS sector in a similar role
• Great communication skills with a helpful, customer-focused approach
• Understanding of system security and access controls
