We're looking for a friendly, experienced and motivated Front of House Team Member to join our busy café on a full-time basis.

Hours

Monday to Friday
6:30am – 2:00pm

About the Role

As the face of our café, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering outstanding customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude

• Taking customer orders and processing payments

• Running food and drinks to customers

• Keeping the café clean, organised and well-presented

• Restocking displays and service areas

• Assisting with opening and closing duties

• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Thrives in a busy, high-volume café environment

• Can remain calm, organised and efficient during busy rushes

• Has previous café or hospitality experience

• Can multitask and work quickly without compromising customer service

• Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work

• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers

• Is a positive team player with a strong work ethic
