This a casual role that for the right candidate will offer a good volume of consistent, on-going hours as we move into the warmer months ahead. We are a very busy venue with very high standards, so the ability to provide fast - paced, composed and professional service whilst taking genuine pride in your work are the key attributes required for anyone looking to join our crew.

To be considered for this roles you will need to have:-

- A genuine passion for our industry with the desire to provide exceptional service

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced and elevated restaurant environment

- An exceptional work ethic with a keen eye for the finer details

- Solid values, including punctuality, trustworthiness and reliability

- Excellent overall beverage knowledge with a sound understanding of wine
