Join the talented culinary team at Club Willoughby' as a Chef. This Casual position based in North Willoughby NSW 2068 is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing high-quality, creative dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients

2. Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and innovate the menu

3. Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

4. Overseeing kitchen operations and mentoring junior kitchen staff

5. Maintaining an organised and efficient work environment in the kitchen

6. Participating in menu planning and costing to optimise profitability

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a similar hospitality or catering environment

2. Formal culinary training or qualifications

3. Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, presentation and menu design

4. Strong time management and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen

5. Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delectable dishes

6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure

7. Strong communication and customer service skills
