Support Officer Mylestones Employment

This is a 6-month fixed maternity leave cover contract.

What would I be doing?

As a Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping to provide tailored support for people with disability in their job to maintain long-term employment.

You will work in partnership with our clients and employers to provide on-the-job support to that assists in maintaining employment. This could include:

• Learn and understand job requirements from the employer, while identifying workplace support needs for clients.

• Identifying client support needs in the workplace and provide individualised coaching, guidance and training.

• Monitor and document client performance and progress, while providing regular feedback to both clients and employers.
