About the role:

• Acquisitions and disposals of major property assets and portfolios.
• Property development and large-scale development projects.
• Commercial leasing and asset management matters.
• Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional real estate transactions.
• Alternative asset classes, including data centres, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
• Coordinating specialist teams across corporate, finance, construction, planning and tax.
• Managing client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice.
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Supporting business development and practice growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate:

• Must be an admitted lawyer with 5+ years post admission experience in real estate
• Strong experience across acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing and asset management.
• The ability to lead complex transactions and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• A commercial, practical and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers.
• An interest in emerging and alternative real estate asset classes.
