Operations Coordinator | Property Transactions & Client Services

We're seeking a highly organised Operations Coordinator to manage the post-contract journey for our Multi-Unit Complex property transactions. This role combines property administration, transaction coordination, client communication, compliance, and operations, ensuring every settlement runs smoothly from contract signing through to property management handover.

You'll be responsible for managing every stage of the post-transaction process, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Working closely with our Property Advisors, Property Management team and external stakeholders, you'll ensure settlements progress on time and every client has a seamless experience.

• Manage end-to-end post-transaction administration for Multi-Unit Complex property purchases

• Coordinate the settlement process with clients, advisors and external stakeholders

• Provide proactive client communication throughout each transaction

• Schedule and complete final property inspections

• Coordinate handover to the Property Management team

• Complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and compliance requirements

• Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation

• Monitor settlements, deadlines and key milestones

• Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, property managers and internal teams

• Identify and resolve transaction issues before they become problems

• Ensure all compliance processes are completed accurately and on time

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating structure, solving problems and delivering an exceptional client experience.

You'll bring:

• Experience in operations, administration or transaction coordination

• Property administration or sales administration experience (highly regarded)

• Outstanding organisational and time management skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence working within structured systems and compliance processes

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
