As a Store Manager at Roll'd you will:

• Store Manager leading a team of 20+ in a fast paced flagship setting

• Recruit, train, support & mentor a high-energy team

• Ensure profitability through superior customer service & sales while managing stock & wastage

• Lead daily operations & ensure compliance

• Collaborate with marketing to boost community engagement & B2B catering sales

The skills & experience we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a restaurant manager in the fast food industry

• Strong leadership skills & the ability to bring out the best in your teams

• Excellent customer service & communication skills

• The ability to manage budgets & understand how to impact sales

• Food safety & compliance knowledge
