Atomic Projects is a Sydney Class 2 remedial builder delivering strata, façade, fire safety and capital works projects from $500k to $2M. We self-deliver with our own crews, real systems and fast decisions.

About the role

Own delivery, QA and Australian Standards compliance on $500k–$2M remedial projects — programme, quality and defects prevention are yours. Commercial (variations, claims, WIP) sits with the PM/CA.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end site delivery on assigned projects — programme, sequencing, resourcing

• Own QA: inspection and test plans live, hold points enforced, records complete and audit-ready

• Own AS compliance — waterproofing, concrete repair, fire safety works built and verified to standard

• Drive defects prevention — right-first-time culture, pre-handover inspections, closed defect lists

• Direct Site Supervisors and foremen; set the delivery standard across the project

• Own the project programme in OnlineGantt; report progress and risk weekly

• Manage engineer, certifier and third-party verification interfaces

• Manage subcontractor delivery performance (commercial terms sit with PM/CA)

• Own safety leadership on the project — audits, incident response, SafetyCulture compliance

• Run the resident/strata interface at project level on occupied buildings

Desirable

• Trade background or construction management qualification

• Fire safety (passive/active) delivery experience

• Occupied strata project experience

About you

• 5+ years running building sites, remedial/façade strongly preferred

• Deep working knowledge of waterproofing, concrete repair, façade and fire safety standards

• White Card; driver's licence

• Trade or construction management qualification (desirable)
