The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) and Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in autonomy, leadership, and high-complex community environments.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical reporting and documentation (5+ years experience required)
High-complex care assessments and site sign-offs
Development and implementation of clinical protocols
Oversight of risk, compliance, and best practice frameworks
Continence assessments
Wound assessments and management plans
Catheter management (IDC/SPC)
Bowel care management programs
On-site clinical support and staff guidance
Education & Training
Deliver group training sessions and 1:1 competency training
Weekly clinical oversight meetings via Microsoft Teams
Support staff skill development across high-intensity supports
Essential Criteria
Experience as a Registered Nurse (Community Preferred)
Minimum 5 years clinical reporting experience
Current AHPRA registration (no restrictions)
Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
Demonstrated experience in high-complex community care
Ability to work autonomously and with direction
Strong leadership and communication skills
