The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) and Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in autonomy, leadership, and high-complex community environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical reporting and documentation (5+ years experience required)

• High-complex care assessments and site sign-offs

• Development and implementation of clinical protocols

• Oversight of risk, compliance, and best practice frameworks

• Continence assessments

• Wound assessments and management plans

• Catheter management (IDC/SPC)

• Bowel care management programs

• On-site clinical support and staff guidance

Education & Training

• Deliver group training sessions and 1:1 competency training

• Weekly clinical oversight meetings via Microsoft Teams

• Support staff skill development across high-intensity supports

Essential Criteria

• Experience as a Registered Nurse (Community Preferred)

• Minimum 5 years clinical reporting experience

• Current AHPRA registration (no restrictions)

• Current Professional Indemnity Insurance

• Demonstrated experience in high-complex community care

• Ability to work autonomously and with direction

• Strong leadership and communication skills
