About the role
MacKillop’s Out of Home Care (OOHC) programs provide residential care, home based care, lead tenant and case management support for young people with high and complex needs, as well as a therapeutically oriented program for young people in protective placements.
Our Residential Services offers accommodation and support to children and young people who are referred through the Child Protection system. At MacKillop Family Services, we believe every young person deserves a safe, supportive, and nurturing place to call home.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Assistant House Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading a team of Residential Care Workers to provide safe, nurturing, and therapeutic care for young people in our Out of Home Care (OOHC) program. You'll support the day-to-day operations of the home, helping create an environment where young people feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Reporting to the Residential Care Coordinator, this is a rewarding opportunity to combine hands-on leadership with meaningful work that helps young people build resilience, independence, and a sense of belonging.

We are currently recruiting 1x Full-time opportunity based in Preston, VIC within our Northern Residential Care Program. The position reports to the Northern Residential Coordinator.
