Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bus Driver role based in Frenchs Forest, NSW. The Bus Driver will safely operate buses on charter and scheduled routes, following all traffic laws and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, managing passenger boarding and disembarking, and maintaining accurate trip records. The role involves providing courteous customer service, assisting passengers where required, and ensuring a clean and presentable vehicle at all times. The Bus Driver will work closely with dispatch and operations staff to follow route instructions, manage schedules, and respond to changing service needs.
Qualifications

Strong bus and truck driving abilities, with appropriate and valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Proficiency in defensive driving and safe operating practices in varied traffic and weather conditions.Experience with driver training principles or willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.Excellent customer service skills for interacting with diverse passenger groups in a professional manner.Good knowledge of Sydney roads and traffic patterns, particularly the Northern Beaches and surrounding areas.Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.Reliable, punctual, and able to follow schedules and instructions with minimal supervision.Basic literacy and numeracy skills for completing logs, reports, and safety checklists; prior experience in passenger transport or charter services is an advantage.
