Associate Buyers Agent — Melbourne

As we grow our Melbourne team, we're looking for an Associate to work alongside our Managing Director. This is a hands-on junior role for someone who wants to build a genuine career in property.Due to significant business growth, the Managing Director is seeking an Associate to join her team. This is a fast-paced, highly involved role, learning from a market-leader. You'll be out in the market inspecting properties, on the phone with agents and clients, and in the engine room of every purchase we make, from first conversation through to settlement. If you're organised, hungry to learn and love property, this is the role that teaches you the buyers agency craft from the ground up.
What you'll be doingSourcing properties that match our clients' briefs, including off-market opportunitiesProspecting and qualifying buyer leadsAttending property inspections and auctions across MelbourneBuilding and maintaining relationships with local real estate agentsPreparing proposal presentations and supporting comparative market analysisLiaising with clients, agents, and external stakeholders such as conveyancers and building inspectorsManaging diaries, organising appointments, and keeping our CRM accurate and up to dateSupporting the team with follow-up communications so every client gets an outstanding experience
What we're looking forExperience in real estate, sales, leasing of buyers agencyA current Victorian Agent's Representative certificate or higherA current driver's licence and access to reliable transportExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a fantastic phone manner and the ability to build rapport quicklyStrong organisation and time management, with sharp attention to detailConfidence with CRM systems and standard office software, and the ability to pick up new tools quicklyA genuine interest in the Melbourne property market and an appetite to learn it deeplyImmaculate personal presentation and a professional, ethical approach to client serviceDrive, energy, and a can-do attitude — you take ownership and follow throughAvailability to attend inspections and auctions, including some Saturdays
