Leasing Consultant

Our Leasing Team is growing and we’re looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, supportive team that takes pride in delivering great results.

The position is full time and the office is based in Osborne Park (Herdsman).

As our Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide helping people find their next home. You’ll conduct property viewings, communicate with prospective tenants, present applications to owners and help deliver a smooth, standout leasing experience from start to finish.

You’ll also play an important role in keeping our leasing workflows running smoothly and supporting a high performing team. From day one, you’ll have a dedicated Team Leader in your corner to help you learn our systems, develop your skills and provide support when things get tricky.

• Providing owners with market feedback and advertising and marketing recommendations

• Managing leasing enquiries, applications and tenant communication from start to finish

• Conducting home opens and private viewings confidently and professionally

• Using leasing and property management systems to keep records accurate and up to date

• Actively contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering strong results

• Current WA real estate registration and up to date CPD requirements

• At least 12 months’ experience in real estate or a similar role preferred but not essential

• A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the Perth metropolitan area

• A proactive, can do attitude and a genuine passion for providing great service

• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in doing things properly

• The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage competing priorities

• Confidence working with compliance requirements and processes

• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately across various programs

• Hands on training and ongoing support from your dedicated Team Leader
