Campus Perth is part of the GCP Hospitality Group which manages over 60 Hotels globally. Campus Perth is a Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) catering for both domestic and international students in the CBD.

The Campus Perth facilities have been specifically designed to achieve a harmonious balance of study and social life for our guests. Our team are from a wide variety of cultural and language backgrounds.

The role:

We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, great work ethic and passion for customer service to join our Front Office team in this permanent full or part time position. This role is key to our business, ensuring that our residents are greeted with a warm smile and the best possible service.

To be successful in this role you will have and will be:

• Experience within the hospitality industry (preferred), or a passion to work within it

• RMS experience or comparable booking system (preferred)

• Computer literacy, in particular in the MS Office Suite

• Well presented and organised

• Great people and relationship building skills, and

• A flexible attitude to work rosters including weekends and public holidays
