About the Role:
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager will provide hands-on support across the front of house, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team development.

The Ideal Candidate must have:

• Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant
• Track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
• Exceptional service skills and guest focus
• Strong knowledge of restaurant compliance and operational practices
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Excellent organisational, time management, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with Time & Attendance and stock management systems
• Available to work weekends, public holidays, and opening/closing shifts
• Valid RSA certificate
• Hospitality, Management, or related qualification desired but not essential
