About the role:

• Leading the investigation, assessment and reporting of claims made against professions.
• Preparing and overseeing reports for a number of Committees
• Identifying and maximising recoveries in relation to claims.
• Working closely with senior leadership on legislative reform.

The ideal candidate:

• Have completed a Law Degree and holds a valid practicing certificate
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Experience in a regulatory, compliance or statutory environment.
• Strong report writing, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management, planning and organisational skills.
