After recent significant growth, we are actively seeking applications for an experienced Accounts Receivable team member to join the Finance Team, reporting directly to the CFO.

About the role

This is a permanent, full time position working alongside the existing finance team to assist in the management of credit control across a varied customer base. Our business believes in a 'people-first' culture, working together as one team to deliver the best experience for our customers, suppliers and staff.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Managing customer accounts to ensure payment is received on time;

• Answering customer queries in relation to invoices, credits or payments;

• Receipting and allocation of customer payments;

• Process customer credits based on stock returns or pricing issues;

• Generate ageing AR reports to assist in cash flow forecasting;

• Assist in the set up of new customer accounts, maintaining accurate customer information;

• Liaising with other areas of the business including customer service and operations;

• General accounting and administrative support to the CFO and finance team as required.

About you:

• Minimum two years in a busy Accounts Receivable role managing a large volume of transactions;

• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and data accuracy;

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines;

• Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook;

• Have a positive, professional attitude with a willingness to support team goals.
