Part time Sales Assistant - Hoppers Crossing

The role

Snooze Hoppers Crossing is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant on a part-time or casual basis. We are looking for someone who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing expert sleep solutions to our customers. 

In this role, you can expect to be working across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. 20 - 25 hours per week must be available both days on the weekends.

 At Snooze, you'll be

• Building relationships with customers in order to provide expert sleep solutions

• Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience.

You will bring

• Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential

• Customer-focused actions

• Confident and professional communication skills 

• The ability to use a computer 

• The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's

• The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
