Pro West Electrical is hiring experienced electrical tradespeople for ongoing FIFO work across Western Australia’s mining and resources sector.

We currently need people for construction and commissioning, plus surface and underground maintenance. BHP and RTIO inducted candidates will be prioritised.

• 2&1- All Dayshift

Maintenance – Surface & Underground

• 8/6 FIFO

• 7/7 FIFO

Roles

• Electrician

• Senior Electrician

• E&I Technician

• E&I Leading Hand

• HV Switching & Maintenance Support

Work covers installation, maintenance and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems in fixed plant and process environments — surface and underground.

Essential

• WA A Grade Electrical Licence

• Cert III or IV Instrumentation (E&I roles)

• C or MR Driver’s Licence

• AS/NZS 3000 knowledge

• Working at Heights & EWP

• White Card

• LVR/CPR & First Aid

• 4WD Training

• First Fire Attack

• Police Clearance

• BHP and/or RTIO induction (highly regarded)

• Australian working rights

Desirable

• Fixed plant / process plant experience (mining, chemical, refinery)

• HV Switching Certificate

• DCS / SCADA exposure

• Forklift Licence

• Crew leadership experience

• Strong safety and communication standards
