About the role:

• Facilitate the learning experiences for your allocated group of children,

• Be part of a collaborative teaching team,

• Maintain effective communication with the parents throughout the service,

• Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program,

• Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment,

• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members,

• Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.

To be successful in this role you need:

• To possess a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Current and valid Working with Children’s Check,

• Current first aid, CPR and emergency asthma and anaphylaxis training,

• Demonstrate knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), Early years learning framework (EYLF).
