Lawyer: Wills & Estates

About the role:

• Manage a broad mix of Wills & Estates matters, including estate planning, probate, estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney, enduring guardianship documents and deceased estates matters.
• Draft and advise on wills, estate planning documents, probate applications and related estate documents.
• Work closely with clients, executors, beneficiaries and families across sensitive estate planning and administration matters.
• Senior lawyers will have scope to take on a more prominent role within the practice.

The ideal candidate:

• 3+ PQE in wills, estate planning, probate and estate administration.
• Experience in succession planning is highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong client management skills and a calm, professional approach to sensitive matters.
• Clear drafting skills and strong attention to detail.
• Practical, relationship-driven and commercially minded.
• Willingness to travel to the Newcastle office at least once or twice per week (if choosing to work from Central Coast office).
