Goodna Kids Early Learning Centre - Smiths Road is a purpose-built Reggio Emilia inspired Early Learning Centre. This beautiful centre is licensed for 85 places a day across five beautiful studios. We are looking for 2 confident and experienced diploma or Cert 3 educators to join our existing team. Catering for children aged six weeks to six years our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled in the Early Childhood Education industry. With its own Children's Cafeteria (Piazza), dedicated Art Studio (Atelier), large natural playgrounds and risky play outdoor environments.

At Goodna Smiths Road Kids Early Learning Centre, we are currently seeking a diploma qualified educator to join our established team of dedicated professionals. This full-time role involves working 5 days a week across a range of opening and closing shifts.

We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant! If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.

The successful applicant for this role will:

• Take pride in the presentation of the centre

• Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children

• MUST hold a Diploma OR Cert 3 in Children's Services.

• MUST be available to work 4-5 days a week for opens and closing shifts for the centre

• Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high-quality care for children

• Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy

• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

• Show a clear understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
