About the Role
At Skylight, our Support Workers play a meaningful role in walking alongside participants on their mental health recovery journey. You’ll be part of a team that values connection, independence and supporting people to live a life that feels meaningful to them. We work within recovery-oriented, trauma-informed and person-centred frameworks, supporting participants with a range of mental health needs.
