We are seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team and support our front-of-shop operations. This role offers consistent Monday to Friday shifts from 9:00am to 5:00pm, providing an excellent opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service and build strong connections with our local community in a welcoming pharmacy environment

Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
• Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
• Support day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
• Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
• Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.
• Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.

You will:

• Previous community pharmacy experience is advantageous
• Have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
• Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑focused mindset.
• Enjoy helping customers and supporting your colleagues.
• S2S3 Certification preferred but not essential, training provided
