We are looking for someone who is active, detail-focused, and loves to be on the move. This role offers the perfect blend of freedom and variety for those who want to swap the office chair for the open road.What the Role Looks Like

In this key role, you’ll be the vital link between IVE Distribution and our national field network — ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client marketing collateral. You’ll manage Area Representatives, lead audits, support recruitment, and champion continuous improvement across the network.

What you’ll be doing:

• Administrative support monitoring and maintaining our Field network of contracted Distributors.

• Fielding calls and emails to recruit and manage distributors for our distribution network

• Liaise with couriers/transport contacts.

• Identify network growth opportunities and support contractor recruitment

• Conduct audits and provide data-driven recommendations

• Monitor performance, coach others, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

• Drive improvement initiatives across the distribution network
