Bayside Council currently operates two Aquatic Centres, Angelo Anestis Aquatic Centre (Bexley) and Botany Aquatic Centre (Botany). Angelo Anestis Aquatic Centre is a modern facility that includes an indoor and outdoor pool, grandstand, gym and group fitness spaces, kiosk, and aqua play facilities. Botany Aquatic is a seasonal operation (Sept - April) with 50m,22m and toddler outdoor heated pools, picnic, and function facilities. Botany Aquatic will close at the end of April 2024 to undergo a major redevelopment.
About the role
As a Customer Service Officer/Kiosk Attendant, you will provide front line service to customers seeking information about and access to, Angelo Anestis Aquatic Centre. You'll play a key role in the active sale and retention of Centre programs and retail, helping to maximise customer retention, optimise facility usage and support a positive experience for every patron who walks through our doors.

Salary: $32.97 to $36.93 per hour, plus 25% casual loading, plus superannuation.
