Construction Contract Administrator (Class 2, 6 & 7a Buildings)

We are seeking an intermediate Contract Administrator looking to join our Project Management team and assist our Client in the successful delivery of their mixed-use building Project.

Project Start Date: 1st of July 2025;

Responsibilities to include the following:

• Project Coordination;

• Assistance in the Preparation of Tender Packages and RFQ;

• Review and assessment of Quotes;

• Preparation of Contracts;

• Understand and manage subcontractor contractual risk;

• Ordering of material;

• Assessment and tracking of progress claims;

• Document Control;

• Liaising with Consultants/Contractors/Authorities;

• Assist with the Planning of Site Activities;

• Assist in ensuring legislative requirements for Building Practitioners are met on site;

• Assist in the obtaining of Project Certification (Construction Certificate, Occupation Certificate);
