Big Box Cars is one of Australia’s fastest‑growing used‑car retailers, and we’re expanding our high‑volume production team. We’re looking for an experienced Wheel Aligner / Tyre Fitter / Trades Assistant to help us prepare vehicles efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Perform wheel alignments with accuracy and attention to detail

• Fit and balance tyres on a wide variety of vehicles

• Carry out tyre repairs and general light‑vehicle maintenance tasks

• Assist technicians in day‑to‑day workshop duties as required

• Support fast and efficient workflow through the reconditioning process

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Wheel Aligner and/or Tyre Fitter (essential)

• A strong mechanical aptitude and interest in the automotive trade

• Excellent attention to detail with pride in your workmanship

• Good communication and time‑management skills

• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment

• Manual driver’s licence

• Full Australian work rights
