WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Ongoing in-salon training and mentoring from our team
• Dedicated one-on-one education every second week with an out of house educator focusing on exactly what you’re currently learning
• All additional salon education covered by Blonde Army
• Assisting our senior stylists and learning hands-on in a busy salon environment
• Helping maintain a clean, organised and beautiful salon space
• Assisting with reception and social media
• Building genuine relationships with our clients and becoming part of their salon experience
• A clear opportunity to develop your skills and grow into a confident hairdresser

No previous salon experience is required. We care more about your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
