About the role

As our full-time Barista, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coffee and creating a welcoming experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing consistently high-quality espresso-based coffees
• Milk texturing and coffee presentation
• Maintaining speed and quality during busy periods
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
• Monitoring stock and assisting with day-to-day café operations
• Working closely with our wider front-of-house team

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven barista experience
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines
• Excellent milk-texturing skills
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A professional, reliable and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full-time availability, including weekends as required
