Legal Bookkeeper

Affinity Lawyers, located at Runaway Bay on the Gold Coast, are a Boutique law firm who are presently seeking a Part Time Bookkeeper/ Accounts Manager.

About the Role

• Processing of Accounts payable and receivable - Actionstep/XERO 

• Trust Accounting oversight and compliance 

• EOM processing and reporting

• Creditor and debtor follow-up

• Preparation of banking

Skills and experience

• Experience with Xero - and legal software preferable

• A reliable and positive work ethic and be a great team player

• Friendly, approachable & positive personality

• Self-discipline and motivated.
