About the Opportunity:
Ensure a seamless booking experience for all guests across our restaurants. You will answer inbound calls and emails for reservation bookings, respond to general enquiries, manage guest feedback, and troubleshoot guest problems.

*Must be able to work across rotating Friday, Saturday, Sunday
* Varied shifts between 9am to 8pm
* Full time and casual roles available

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Customer service experience within the Hospitality Industry is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge retention with the ability to learn and memorise information consistently
• Attention to detail and ability to proactively clarify information
• Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure and consistently project a warm and friendly persona
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to quickly navigate through multiple screens using varied computer programs and systems
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
