The Role
Working from our Ferntree Gully premises, we are seeking a driven and problem solving Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our organisation in a full-time role.
As Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:
Being the first point of contact for our customers and handling queries re product details, availability and pricing
Processing orders, invoicing and confirming details with customers
Assisting customers who come on site and facilitating any sales that may occur within the showroom
Assisting with maintaining the office, including ordering supplies and co-ordinating mail and deliveries
Updating websites as required and assisting in the preparation of communication materials for customers
Role requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
Several years experience in a similar role. Experience with hardware, trade and/or building industry customers would be advantageous
A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience is required for this position
Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
A strong eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Initiative and problem solving skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills - with xero exposure advantageous
Experience with CRM software is advantageous (not essential)
Australian work rights are required for this position
